    Welcome to www.dnour.com (hereinafter the “Website” or “Site”). These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) applies to this Site, which is owned, published & operated by Twinstar Jewellery FZCo as D’NOUR or D’NOUR DUBAI, for its own benefit & the benefit of its affiliates and subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”). Twinstar Jewellery FZCo is a free zone company incorporated under the laws of United Arab Emirates (UAE) having Commercial License No. 144620 with registered address P. O. Box 117258, DUBAI, UAE and its office at 2021-2022, Bldg. No. 2, Gold & Diamond Park, Dubai, UAE.

    Accessing, browsing, or using the Website confirms your agreement to the Terms & Conditions. Please read the terms carefully before accessing or using the information and services available on this Website. Certain areas of the Website may be subject to additional terms of use. By using these areas, or any part of, you agree to be bound by the additional terms of use applicable. Any transaction executed through www.dnour.com is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) and any statement herein with regards to time, period and place is based upon the time, period and place of UAE. Agreement to these Terms and Conditions constitutes the execution of an agreement for the use of the services provided by us and is agreed upon by us and the purchaser who buys products on the Website. If you do not agree, or cannot comply with the Terms and Conditions, please kindly refrain from using this Website.

    The Terms & Conditions may be modified from time to time without any notice and hence should therefore regularly review these Terms for any such modifications. If at any time the Terms are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately stop using the Website. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to these changes. If you comply with these Terms of Use, www.dnour.com grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the website.

  • D’NOUR Account

    Each member is restricted to one D’NOUR account only. Accounts are verified through the email address provided at sign up. Clients are solely responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of their password and identification. Clients shall immediately notify www.dnour.com of any unauthorized use of their password or identification or any other breach of this Site's security. Clients will be solely responsible for all access and use of this site by anyone using their password and identification whether or not such access and use of the site is actually authorized by them, including without limitation, all communications and transmissions and all obligations (including, without limitation, financial obligations) incurred through such access or use. After registration, clients will receive our promotional mails which they can choose to unsubscribe by using the link from any email newsletter or their personal subscription settings after signing in.

  • Eligibility to Purchase

    You represent and guarantee that you are at least 18 years old or visiting the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement www.dnour.com hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site by displaying it on the internet browser only for the purpose of shopping for items sold on the Site and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by us in advance. Any breach of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to the user.

  • Pricing

    Otherwise noted, the price displayed for each item on the Website represents the full retail price of each item, including VAT & the delivery cost, estimated in accordance with the standard industry practice, or the estimated value for a comparable item offered elsewhere

    In case of purchases/orders to be shipped outside the U.A.E., custom fees/import taxes may be incurred, and these additional costs will be shouldered by the client/customer.

  • Weight

    Weight displayed for each item on the website refers to the approximate weight of each item. Variation of up to 3 - 5% in the final weight of the item is possible.

  • Shipping/Delivery

    • The shipping takes 7 - 9 working days from the date of order confirmation.
    • A unique Order Number / Tracking Number is provided for each order / transaction for you to track the order.
    • The client can choose to receive the shipment himself/herself or can authorize someone to receive it on their behalf.
    • We take great care in delivering the parcel to the right person with the help of Three Point Delivery Verification –
      1. At the time of delivery, an OTP will be sent to your registered email address. The receiver is required to enter that OTP with his/her own hands in D’NOUR Executive’s Delivery App.
      2. The receiver of the shipment will also be required to provide any Government Issued Identification Card or valid Passport for security and verification purposes.
      3. Finally, the receiver will be required to sign a delivery note at the time of receiving the parcel.
    • The handling of OTP is the responsibility of the customer. If you are authorizing someone to receive the parcel on your behalf, we recommend great care in sharing the OTP with the right person.
  • Cancellation, Exchange & Refund policy

    General Conditions -

    • Cancellation or refund is not applicable to personalized items and/or items under special orders.
    • Unless the item is found to be incorrect or damaged at the time of opening of the package, exchange is also not applicable to personalized items and/or items under special orders.
    • Applications for order cancellation must be made through your D’NOUR account before the receipt of your order delivery.
    • Applications for return for exchange or refund must be made through your D’NOUR account within 10 days from the date of receipt of your order delivery.
    • Return item(s) must be in original condition with tag intact, along with all the original packaging material.
    • Item(s) must be without any damage and with no evidence of it being used or worn.
    • Item(s) must be returned to D’NOUR with its original Invoice and Certificate of Authenticity.
    • Once the application is received at our end, our pickup team will get in touch with you to arrange your return pickup.
    • Returned items are subject to D’NOUR Quality Verification Check (QVC) which may take up to 3 - 5 working days.
    • Only ONE (1) time exchange or refund is allowed per purchase / item.
    • For international shipments a prepaid return shipping label, included in your shipment, can be used for returning the item.
  • In addition to the above mentioned general conditions, the following conditions apply depending on your purpose of return -

    Return for Exchange

    1. Return for Exchange is applicable to change the same item for a different size and/or different color.
    2. It can also be used if you find your delivered order is incorrect or damaged.

    Return for Refund

    1. Return for Refund can be used to change the item for a different item or design by claiming a refund & placing a new order.
    2. It can also be used to claim a refund if you find it incorrect or damaged.
    3. The refund will be issued to the same account through which the order was originally paid.
  • Cancellation Procedure

    1. Sign in to your D’NOUR account.
    2. Go to My Orders and click on the Cancel button next to the order you wish to cancel. Please note that if the Cancel button is not visible in the Action column of My Orders table, then it means you’ve already passed the valid cancellation period.
    3. Fill up the form & submit. Make sure to select the appropriate reason for us to serve you better in future.
    4. Upon the receipt of the cancellation request, your order will immediately be cancelled initiating the refund process.
    5. The refund will take 10-15 working days & is made to the same account from which the payment was originally made.
  • Exchange/Refund Procedure

    1. Sign in to your D’NOUR account.
    2. You can find the items eligible for exchange or refund under the tab Exchange/Refund. Click on the "Exchange" or "Refund" for required action.
    3. Fill up the form & submit. Make sure to select the appropriate reason for us to serve you better in future.
    4. Upon the receipt of the return request, our executive will contact you to fix up an appointment for pickup.
      1. LOCAL UAE PICKUP - If the package is to be picked up from a UAE address then our executives will contact you to fix up an appointment for pickup after the receipt of the Return request.
      2. INTERNATIONAL PICKUP - If the package is to be picked up from outside of UAE, then you can contact your local FEDEX office to arrange a shipment back to us using FEDEX voucher provided for return shipments. In some countries, you may need to deliver the package to FEDEX office.

      Please note that you need to keep the package open for product verification by Pickup Executive or FEDEX Executive before sealing the package. After verification, seal the package with your own hands in front of the executive.

    5. Once the item reaches us, it will be sent in Quality Verification Check (QVC).
    6. Approved QVC of the returned item will initiate the exchange/refund process & you’ll be updated on the same.
    7. The refund will take 10-15 working days & is made to the same account from which the payment was originally made.
    8. In case of an unapproved QVC, the reasons will clearly be communicated, and the same item will be shipped back to you.

    These terms and conditions are governed by and rendered under the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai without regard to conflicts of laws principles. Ensure that you visit the Legal page to keep yourself informed of any revision made from time to time as per the applicable laws.
